Major Upgrade!
A major improvement in sound, this truly stabilizes the record which allows the best sound as possible. This improves the soundstage, the treble is clear and the bass is more focused and balanced. I also added stabilizer blocks the the feet of my record player to help further improve the sound. This is truly an upgrade that you will not regret purchasing especially if you truly enjoy sound quality.I used this for my Rega P25.

A puck that works well for decks with shallow lids.
This puck is smaller than the Big Ben and therefore works with decks that have a relatively shallow lid.Like the Big Ben, it has a soft underside and is also easy to grip [which is rather important!].Very easy to use.Recommended.

It feels quality. It's finish exudes quality. It's weight was unrealized until I got it in my mitts. I can not fathom ANY record slipping when this beast is set atop of them. It fits perfect on my spindle. It's easy to locate center. What this heavy weight will do to my turntable belt over time is yet to be seen.

Looks cool and gives me something to put my bubble level on to make sure the turntable is level. Honestly, I can't tell a difference in sound probably because my system doesn't reveal flaws or changes as well as a really high-end system could. I don't have any warped records and wouldn't buy them if they were so I can't tell if it helps with that either.Please don't let my review discourage anyone from buying this product. It has become part of my relaxing ritual of listening to records on a bad weather day. I bought the Hudson calibration kit and it has been very helpful in setting up my turntable.

I am glad that I tried it.
I was skeptical on whether this really makes a noticeable difference. I was wrong. It really makes difference. I can tell that the sound from the records gets clearer. I am glad to try it. One issue is that, when the play is done and if I don't pickup the arm, the cartridge hits the stabilizer. It is because I use a straight arm and straight head shell. However, it is not the issue with this stabilizer.
