Good selection for one-handed use
I have complete set 4.5/6/10/15/18 pound bars. I use this 4.5lb bar for one handed toning and strength building as well as the 6lb. The heavier bars I use for different 2 handed applications and my wife uses the 10lb as well.The concept is moving through space while loading a muscle and joints.In the gym I pick up a weight and I put it back down...then repeat.That hardly mimics real life. With ActivMotion bar I can twist, torque, rotate joints and muscles to tone stabilizing muscles, core and joint flexing.I'm a fan.Nice.

This is a great piece of equipment
This is a great piece of equipment. It provides bodily feedback on balance and stability. It would have been perfect if they had included a paper chart of exercises so you don't have to go to the web for the workouts.
