Great needles. I know wooden needles are all the rage, but I prefer the aluminum ones because I knit quickly (continental style) and the smooth surface allows the yarn to move more quickly. I love the length, too, but they might be too long for some people to use comfortably.

I bought knitting needles, and I got knitting needles. The exact ones I meant to buy. I haven't used them yet; I'm waiting on the yarn to come in, but I've used knitting needles before, and I can say with confidence, these are enough like other knitting needles I've used that I'm certain they will work just as well for knitting. Now if I had ordered US size 3 straight aluminum knitting needles and received a drawing of a stick figure and a bundle of broken glass, well, I wouldn't be too thrilled. But just like every other time I go out and buy a mundane object, I received that mundane object, for which I paid money. The price looked fine to me, and I don't think I'll regret this purchase. If you are out there looking to make an ordinary purchase of an ordinary item, be sure to let the world know what that experience was like. It is so illuminating to know that I can trade legal tender for physical objects, and it really happened. It can happen to you, too. Have you tried Buying Things? Try it! It really works!!

I was very pleased with these knitting needles, and my order came very quickly. My only comment is that they were slightly bent, but still usable. They seemed to be packaged securely, but the tube in which they were packaged was also bent.

Somewhere along the line, I lost one of my knitting needles. These are just what I was looking for.

I did not order this for knitting. Honestly, I don't even know how to knit...LOL. I got this (believe it or not) to roll homemade pasta around it, to use it as a mold for thickness. I was told to get this for it, and it works perfectly! But as far a knitting goes, it does look like it would do the job for that too! =)

So when pirchasing aluminum needles, you need to regard the fact that you will save some money but will have to be extra careful if you don't want them to bend. Personally, no matter how hard I've ever tried to ve careful, all my aluminum needles end up with a slight curve to them within a couple of weeks. But at the same time, the curve doesn't affect my knitting. I would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing different size needles.

I like these needles because sometimes you need needles that the stitches slide on more easily. The bamboo ones are great but sometimes the stitches aren't as movable. I mean, what can you say about needles?

One of the needles I recieved was quite bent/curved. I don’t recommend this product.
