I love this non-stick mat. I use it regularly for sourdough bread making. It actually does stick a little if I don't flour the mat really good. I use a very sticky Einkorn flour though, so not knocking the mat. It's also very easy to wash and folds neatly into a small bag that comes with it. Nice!
