Great Camera, Better Customer support!
The media could not be loaded. The Wimius is a great little action camera. Out of the box I was happy to see it came with so many mounts and extras, but I was disappointed that a micro sd card was not included. I'm a firm believer in ready to use out of the box item's that's just me! Also call me a idiot but I didn't understand what the Ambarella software was doing while the camera was in use; all I know is the pictures and video's are amazing. I think this is a great GoPro clone, that could be used for all your outdoor or indoor activities. I have to admit all was not will with the item. I did have trouble using the app! The app in the Googleplay store and the AppleStore was not compatible with the device. I reached out to the company using the Amazon contact seller feature and they responded right away. The company told me their app vendor had mess up and they was working on the solution. A few days latter they email me a link to apk software and I was up and running. In the beginning I was ready to give this item a ranking of 3 or 4 since the app did not work but the customer service and timely resolution to my problem changed my mind. The app is not perfect but for this price range and the tech support, this camera earned it's 5 star rating. I'm not hard to please, just work as intended in the description or respond to any issues I may have in a timely matter and they did. A awesome camera with outstanding customer support!This is not a paid review I received this product in exchange for my honest review.
