I love the smell of this toner and it feels smooth on your skin. It's second in my skin care routine and recommended for glowing skin. Very light though.

Love the light scent (fades almost instantly if you’re worried) and it’s super moisturizing! Only downside is the consistency is tough to work with. I’m halfway through the bottle and still have’t figured out the right number of drops so my hands glide over my skin without running out and tugging, and without overdoing it and winding up sticky. I find the right balance about once a week but more often than not I wind up rinsing after use. Might buy some more in the winter when I’ll be more comfortable with overmoisturizing.

Game changer for skin care routine! I apply after washing my face and before applying moisturizer. Has really helped my dry skin through the winter months!

This really isn't for everyone. It's supposed to have a rose scent, and it does; however, it's way too perfumey. As for it's performance for the skin, it does the job. I have sensitive skin, and it doesn't make me break out or anything. It's a little milky in appearance and light in texture; it also applies to the skin easily.

This is the first Neogen product that I have purchased and it won't be the last. Not only does it have a wonderful milky consistency which adds to my quest for "glass skin" but it smells fabulous. This is definitely a luxurious product at a great price point.
