Lots of uses for food quality silicon sheet
I cut these up into 6" square pan holders for moving hot food service pans around. Works better than silicon gloves or cloth material pan holders because they are easier to clean.

Didn't work well. Stopped spills but started to break apart.

Good, but it's easy to get mold, if not dried thoroughly after each time use.

I love it, it's useful for things regular silicone mats aren't.
After trying out the big silicone mat by Super Kitchen I was very interested in trying this regular sized mat as well. What intrigued me the most about it was how thin it is. I saw pictures from other reviews and saw that it can easily be used to line a deeper baking dish, which can't be done with thicker silicone mats. I tried it out while baking a strawberry spice bread and an apple bread, both were baked in a 9x13 baking dish, one after the other even, thanks to this mat.The mat lined the pan pretty much the same as it would had it been the usual parchment paper that I use in such occasions, which made me ecstatic because that meant I could now have a reusable liner for my deep baking pans. Having to buy parchment paper over and over again can be a pain, so it's great if I can save some by using this as an alternative! I'm thinking this could also be good as a substitute to parchment paper when making cake rolls. I'll have to try that out next time I make one. This rolls up very easily compared to regular thickness silicone mats so I think it could have the possibility of working for cake rolls when you roll them up after they bake. I'm pretty excited at the new possibilities with this product.I suppose the only downside is that, since it's so thin, it's more floppy than regular silicone mats so picking it up with light stuff on it, like cookies, may be a bit difficult. However, for lining big stuff like bread or brownies in a pan, I think it's great. And it's easy to remove, quickly wash, and then reuse in that moment for another baked good, like I did with both breads I made with it the other day. All in all I'm happy with this mat, yes it's different from other silicone mats thickness wise but I don't see that as a bad thing considering all the uses you can get out of it that you can't get with the thicker mats. I think having both types in the kitchen is a great idea, especially if you want to cut down on parchment paper use.I got this at a discounted price in exchange for an honest review.

Love the Versatility With This Baking Mat!
I have a few different baking mats and one thing I noticed with this one is it is much more flexible and fits easier on my pans when using on a cookie sheet. I also use this to roll dough out on my table. I like that this one can be rolled or folded up. It comes with a tie (almost like a hair tie back) that when you roll it up, you can slide the tie on it to keep it neat for storing. Also, when you do fold or unroll this, the creases I noticed do not stay and affect your cooking or dough rolling in any way. This is easy to wash by hand hand but can also be washed in the dishwasher. This did not have any sort of plastic odor like some have in the past. Overall, I do like the versatility with this one since I can use it in the oven as well. Some of the mats you can't so this one is a multi-purpose one which makes it a better deal!I received this product at no cost in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. No compensation for a positive review was provided. All of my reviews are based 100% off of my experience with the product and I never guarantee a positive review.
