Q: will these work with Multi meters and other test equipmemt?

They work in most, but some newer meters have a different type of plug... more shielded, which makes these not fit correctly.

Q: What is the amp rating of these banana plugs?

I never saw an amp rating on these, but I've used them up to 3A DC without a problem but generally I use them for under 1 amp testing.
