Mugs arrived, safely packed, on time, and in good condition. A rough spot on the bottom of one mug was easily corrected with a file. I wanted porcelain mugs, because they are more durable than ceramic mugs. Porcelain is thinner, and they do appear to be porcelain, not ceramic. The assorted interior colors make it easier for everyone to know what mug they are using that day. The matte black exterior finish feels good in my hands and looks good too. They are a nice big size, so you don't have as many trips back to the coffee machine for more. I think they'd be good for an office, a home, or a restaurant. And at under $5 apiece, they're a bargain.

Cup cracked while pouring hot water over my tea bag.
Cups are beautiful. The colors bright and cheerful. Easy to hold for someone with arthritis. And large, 16 oz. I am now leery when pouring hot water over my tea bag hoping it was a one time thing. I have sent this information to manufacturer and I am hoping that they would replace the blue cup which was my favorite.

Defective product
The second mug I poured hot water into cracked and spilled water all over the counter. I've never had a product do this before, so I don't trust any of them now and am returning them. Must be a defect in the manufacturing process.
