Amazing product, feels like it boosts your brain and improves your train of thoughts. I recently switched it to other alpha GPC for one simple reason. 35£ it’s a bit steep that being said, if the substitute will feel less reliable, I will definitely get back to this product

The supplement seems to work, but I find I can’t take too much at one time. When I got it, I took 2 capsules at once and I thought I felt more clear & positive but, got an allergic skin rash. So I stopped it and the rash disappeared. After a while I restarted by breaking open the capsule and having a little at a time and am trying slowly to get used to it. I hope it works as I felt it had a good effect on mental clarity, but I’ve really not had it long enough to be sure yet.

I have lots of their products.Alpha-GPC is a glycerophosphocholine which is a choline-containing phospholipid which helps increase the acetylcholine chemical in the brain. This neurotransmitter helps in memory, attention, learning functions and cognitive dysfunction. Therefore, for me, it has to be administered with caution and I had to read lots of reviews to pick the safest and the most reliable supplement among other competitors on the market.Upon delivery, I opened the item and took out the piece of cotton inside. A vaporish powder came out with it. I then found two broken capsules. I sent the item back with the two broken capsules separated to Amazon.

I still need to see improvements.

Great product, however, when I went to order the price has more than doubled.You should not be paying more than £20 for a 60 day dose.Just Google and find cheaper and reputable stores.

Honestly, it did nothing for me. Wouldn't recommend.

As a long-time user of this brand of Alpha-GPC, I'm finally writing a review to share my experiences. I've been incorporating Alpha-GPC into my morning routine for a few years. A noticeable benefit has been improved mental clarity, focus, and concentration. I recently added Uridine after doing some research. They're a powerful combination. I've recommended this supplement to friends and family, who have also experienced positive results.

After taking one pill for 3 days, I've decided this is not for me. It does indeed make me feel 'on'. Absorbing lots of information about my surroundings at once, recall detail and once in a calm non-stimulated environment, help focus.My personal issue with this was the sheer amount of information I felt like I was absorbing. It was to the point of feeling overwhelmed and anxious. This happened on a busy street twice, absolute overload. However, I did visit a museum, once in the calm, less stimulating environment, the negative effects drifted and the positive ones showed. My ability to pick up detail, remembering names and dates, even sense of direction felt improved.After this little trip I was mentally exhausted and was so sleepy I actually took a two hour nap which is not the norm for me.I'll keep if I have a day that I need to study a specific subject at home and I know I will not be out and about but not a daily supplement for me.
