I extremely recommend
It was not easy for me to chose the best trampoline for my children. After so much research I decided to buy with ORCC. And I was extremely pleased with the quality of everything. Unfortunately the mat came with a small defect(maybe when it was packaged). I contacted costumer service and they immediately sent another mat at no cost.I was really impresses how quickly they resolved the issue with kindness and professionalism.I definitely recommend the ORCC trampoline for the quality and mainly because they care about the customer in case the goods come with any problem.

Great quality for the price! Exactly what I was looking for.
This was fairly easy to assemble. My husband put most of it together on his own, I helped with assembling and attaching the netting poles. My kids absolutely love it, and it comes with a tarp cover. The cover is perfect since my back yard is full of trees, helps keep the leaves and debris off of it when not in use. Highly recommend. Can't beat the quality for the price.

Incorrect Max Weight on 12FT model
Listed as 400lb weight capacity, but book included says max weight is only 330. This if for the 12 foot model.

Good quality
Great quality trampoline. Having the cover is nice (keep the sap and debris off of the trampoline) but also kind of a pain because it tends to blow off. We just put a rock in the middle of it and the seems to work.

Great product, easy to put together. I would definitely recommend this trampoline for lots and lots of family fun.

Sturdy!
Has held up so far, not the easiest to assemble but I went online to their YouTube Channel to assemble. Very sturdy. I jump on it with my kids :)

I purchased this for my daughter's 7th bday, it has a higher wt limit than most of the other trampolines its size, it came in 3 boxes all delivered together, was simple for 2 adults to put together, and my kids haven't stopped jumping since! Perfect timing for a quarantine!!

Great Trampoline Excellent customer service.
The trampoline is great! Good quality, the kids love it and so do I. Easy to put together. It arrivied missing 2 ladder screws. Seller was very quick amd attentive responding to our needs and sending replacement screws.
