I ordered these as I thought they would be less bulky than the ones I previously had, they were less bulky but only worked for about a day. The left one kept sliding off my foot. The right one became over stretched. I wouldn’t say they are completely bad but they weren’t all that good for me.

I didn't really expect to feel a difference in my arch or heel but it's amazing how these are helping with my plantar fasciitis.

I was totally skeptical but this things really work. They work and mediately on the pain and overtime to help get rid of planters faciatus.

I have had heel and arch pain on and off over a few years and tried different items but these have worked best. I wore then 24/7 and after a few days no pain. I run 4 times a week and no pain. Overnight with them on I wake up without tightness or pain. These work great and you hardly notice they are there, eventually not noticing them at all.

Seems like a good idea. These unfortunately did not work for me so I returned them. I ended up buying a foot splint/boot instead and that worked for my plantar fasciitis.

I liked this the first week I wore it, it squeezes your arch giving relief from plantar fasciitis pain. The seem began to pull apart after a few weeks, and now I wear it around the house with arch support slippers. Its better than nothing, but barely. I prefer good arch support insoles.

Stitching broke the first hour or was worn.
