I love this shampoo and conditioner. I use it daily and it doesn't dry my hair. I have wavy, course hair. This has helped smooth my split ends down and moisturize. I do color my hair and it's been gentle on the color and doesn't quickly wash it out. Both bottle pumps work great. It smells amazing. Long time fan -just like what you buy in store.

I've been having hair loss for many months and the shampoos and conditioners I've used only made my scalp irritated, dry, flaky and made the hair fall worse (I used many high end expensive products to try and repair my hair, which all failed me). The pump tops definitely need to be a bit more durable, a small drop in the shower and my conditioner pump broke in like 3 places. I had to track down a spare pump top that would fit the bottle.Aside from that, the product itself is wonderful. The whole Total Repair line is tbh, but I love the shampoo and conditioner are wonderful base products for any kind of damaged or chemically treated hair. Both are rich and creamy.The shampoo doesn't dry my hair out and is slightly conditioning on rinsing so less tangles and risk of breakage while working through the conditioner (this is important for compromised hair!) It lathers well and doesn't leave the scalp feeling stripped. The conditioner doesn't give me a lot of slip, but as this is a protein-heavy conditioner that's not unusual. It does still leave my hair soft and easily detangled though and I can see a difference in the condition of my hair with each use. My curls are springy and defined and hold their shape super well.This is a great shampoo and conditioner and at an even better price point. I like my high-end salon brands, but this is the one I come back to often when my hair really needs some TLC.

All I can say is wow. This is is one of the best shampoos I’ve used. I get color every six weeks and Brazilian blow out treatments and this has made my hair super soft, shiny and very healthy. I love it! Leave a soft clean scent and have even gotten compliments on how soft and shiny my hair looks. Great but for the money as well.

Great shampoo and conditioner. Good size bottles too

I am satisfied with this shampoo and conditioner. I like that these bottles have pumps. It makes it easy for me to dispense the right amount and not waste any of it. It works fairly well on my hair. But I haven't been using it long. I am hoping that it gets better with more use. It smells pretty good and leaves my hair soft.
