SBox Ghost Box Scanner with Spirit Box and EVP Recorder Ghost Hunting Equipment

I have read some of the reviews regarding the SBox so I'd like to give my review compared to the P-SB7 and the P-SB11 spirit boxes which I also own. Every spirit box has it's good and bad points. Being most like the P-SB7 I'll start with this, it has always been criticised for having a very low volume and has always been it's downfall, it does come with an amplified mike but it still needs a decent external mike. The SBox has a massively improved volume in such a small unit in fact I feel that on the FM station it gets a little crackly which when the volume is high can be a problem, I find that the main problem. On the AM channel the volume helps fantastic, I find this far better than the P-SB7, around the 25 mark out of the 30 volume I find the SBox come into it's own and for this reason alone I would prefer to use the SBox. In fact I would even find this as good if not better than the SB-11 if you like using the AM channel. The recorder is where it beats both of the other models, you can record both EVP's as well as record your FM or AM channels, although EVP's are better through a separate recorder, it does an excellent job or recording the radio waves although for some reason the signal speeds up a little you can always slow it down manually using the buttons. For me I myself will use this for the AM channel and recording it when scanning, I personally think it's worth the money just for that.The looks of the SBox is a massive improvement on the SB-7 which was cheaply made and for some didn't last long and for that reason again I would recommend buying the SBox. The buttons are nicely spaced and once you study how to work out how to record and listen to your stored recordings your on your way, but remember it takes a maximum of 32mb of memory in it's card slot. It comes both with a USB charging cable as well as a cable to connect the unit to a computer, all the units connections look good quality and the Ariel is quiet long when extended but snaps into it's holder well.So there you are it is an excellent little unit for the money and if you are a beginner to the paranormal world it gives you a quality unit, more good points than bad compared to the other two units which for both you would have to pay a good £240 in the UK. I like all three units for different reasons depending on what I am investigating, set up time and which channel I am using, so I rate this a 5 star unit based on the pluses it gives me, for some it may not suit but that is all about preference.I think it worth £100 for what you get and if you only want one unit then this is the one to buy, well built and great for the price!!!!!!

Mixed feeling about this one.All I get is radio stations.Not had any responses. Ever.When they say if you get any intelligent responses, it stops for ten seconds. We'll mines never stopped.Don't even try put it into record mode, it's really hard to work out.It's a glorified radio. Yes it scans the area for spirits on those limited wave lengths, but does it? I feel on numerous spirit locations, the most I have got is my local radio stations.. until I get a actual response I can't say it works.

I have been using ghost boxes since 2009 and the s box is for me at least a very effective way of communicating with the spirit world and I even get revevelent sentences and even singing messages and often replies. I think people that discredit the radio sweep are biased or not tuned in to the spirit world. consciousness is key and I think the s box is better than my SB7. When you hear voices that don't sound like radio voices you can be sure it's a spirit..Very impressed

Heard a lot about the sbox ghost scanner and how good it was so I thought I would invest in one and though it’s got some nice features and a loud volume i find it hard to hear anything clearly there’s just to much noise even on playback you just can’t separate any words from all the radio interference it’s so disappointing I will persevere with it for now and hopefully I might get use to it but for the amount of money it cost I expected it to be better.

Love this item, brought to take on ghost hunts, really good little box, different scanning frequencies inc AM and FM, will record sessions, as slot, really high volume, and has a stand at the back. Also found it has a built in torch. Really impressed and would recommend.

I bought this for my daughter as a birthday gift she's crazy about going ghost hunting so she was absolutely thrilled when it arrived, and to make it more perfect it arrived on the day of her birthday 😊 she was so excited to go and start using it straight away. She said it is brilliant and actually gave her some shivers it was actually quite accurate at picking up words when she asked questions. She's off ghost hunting with her ghost hunter pals every weekend she said she would recommend it to anyone 👻💀☠
