Chronic Patellar tendinitis rehab
I bought these to work on eccentric squats for my chronic patellar tendonitis in my right knee. I’ve been suffering with it for over 2 years now and have tried just about everything, but I’ve read a lot about rehab for recovering from patellar tendinitis and these were my first choice. Been doing squats with one foot on each at about a 16 degree incline, but I’m also experimenting with them stacked on top of one another (bodyweight squats) and seem to be doing great. I will update this a few weeks from now.EDIT: WOW I would have totally forgotten about this comment if I didn't look back at this order. I think this product is amazing, and my patellar tendinitis is now 95% healed (WHICH IS MINDBLOWING because I was chronically in 5-8/10 pain ranges for 2.5 years. Been doing progressively overloaded (adding weight, now up to 45lbs per hand) concentric, isometric, and single leg slant squats -- single leg only at 15lbs per hand The only recommendation I will give is to maybe invest in some grip take to attach to the top. These blocks have held up, but at my gym I noticed they had the same wedges with griptape installed and it is so much easier to maintain stability regardless of your footwear. Honestly, the higher cost slant boards (wooden, adjustable etc) might be worth it but you can get some solid work in with these. I've even been experimenting with each wedge sitting roughly top of eachother for a 25-30~ degree incline (if you place one about 1-2" forward the slope isnt so great) and that has helped to further my progress.

Quality is so-so, the thin edge is very thin and may tear easily
Each wedge is generously sized and light weight which make them easy to stretch on. The foam is dense but not rigid. I am nervous as the thin edge will tear quite easily as it's already bent. I ended up getting ATX Strength Mini Squat Ramps sold on Amazon - these are a lot more compact so may not be for everyone but quite sturdy.Other options - these are not identical to this product so depends on what you need it for-OPTP performance wedges (Think these work better for legs than wrists)- Wedge Effect workout equipment- Yoga Foam Wedge Blocks

Should have had these years ago.
I got these to elevate my heels during squats to feel them more in the quads as opposed to glutes. The angle is just right for me. Had been putting my heels on two 25 lb plates for years. This is so much better. I thought they would be more foamy / squishy. I am 117 lbs and use them for bodyweight or very light (20 - 25 lbs) goblet squats. They are dense and I definitely don't sink into them. I am confident you wouldn't be sinking to the floor with much higher weight. Guess I didn't pay attention to the size but they are bigger than I thought prior to purchase and I am glad. I am also using one wedge to place on my thighs and lean on to for seated posterior delt work. Takes the pressure off my low back. Could probably use one wedge to keep your chin tucked during hip thrust but I haven't tried this yet. I tried doing standing calf raises on them and the incline is a bit much. I will stick to plates or the leg press for calves...

good foam blocks
The foam is solid, not squishy. I am using for plantar fasciitis stretching. They may also be used for squats to help with stretching. The blocks stay in place in my ceramic kitchen floor for calf stretches

It is more than a Yoga Foam Wedge.....
This was my first time purchasing a Yoga foam wedge. And I am very happy I bought this StrongTek foam. Besides using it for Yoga, it can be utilized for so many other exercises. I personally use it for weight training. I do incline lunges, squats, and deadlifts. It is also great for stretching the calves after all these exercises. It is nice and large and very sturdy.I really enjoy my exercises more using this foam wedge. Besides being a great product, StrongTek customer service is also a 5 star rating. I cannot predict the durability of this product because I just received it and used it for only one week. But, with good care, I am sure it will last.

Good value. Good price.
I have been suffering knee pain for more than a year (caused by playing volleyball for about 15 years I guess). A doctor suggested me to do some rehabbing tendonitis exercise on slant board. This 13" StrongTek Foam Wedge is just right for me. I bought this wedge last week and only use it for several days. I keep one in home and one in office and make sure I have some exercise on it everyday. So far I am very satisfied with this product.

Great quality, very hard and very light
This foam wedge is of great quality and is harder than most that I used before. Also very light. The foam wedge comes in a set of two but I found that actually even just one is large enough for me to kneel on. I leave one foam wedge at home for my routine home exercise use, and carry the other in my car so I can exercise throughout the day. Overall, it is a good multi-purpose sports gadget that I quite enjoy using.

Does the job. Very light-weight.
I was looking for a slant board.I also wanted it to be light-weight (since I would moving into place each time I used it). This seems to do the job (a little more than 15 degrees) and it is definitely light-weight.
