Must buy. Corn Flour is the best!
I have to say Corn Flour is HARD to find. I was so glad that I bought this bulk flour! It’s literally my GO TO for all breading. I can use it to bring extra crunch without loads of calories to so many dishes. It adheres well with a vegan egg wash or even just a little olive oil on tofu or Gardein Chick’n Scallopini which I make “chick’n cutlets” using seasoning and this corn flour and it takes me back to non vegan days with the crispy coating! It’s incredible!

Be careful between cornmeal and corn flour
I always enjoy Bob’s Red Mill products. Great tasting as expected from this brand, but silly me ordered the corn flour instead of cornmeal. 😬

Individual bags were not properly sealed at the factory
The outer box was damaged. Also all four of the bags were not sealed properly at the top seam and the corn flour is everywhere. What a mess!
