This is a really good recargeable ab trainer! Even comes with 10 sets of replacement pads (2 in each pk). I've already got a battery operated one and got this for my fella. Was interested to compare them both and I'm rather jealous that this one is much stronger and has the additional replacement pads. Took us a few minutes to figure how to work it and it was entertaining to see him using it for first time...as mine is weaker on full strength I found it hilarious that even on half way setting he was saying how strong it was...I've now tried it for myself and can totally see why didn't want to go any higher than the 4/5 strength. Both agree that out of the ten modes that no4 is most comfortable and can feel the muscles being worked well. I would definitely recommend this to help tone muscles as it's a good trainer. Fella has been using it now awhile and you can see it's helping tone up his torso. Overall very impressed and great value.😁

This one is just as good as expensive ones, only thing found with all of them is they like paper crease easy. So my concern is the circuits cracking after a while. Thought they would be more flexible like rubber. Only had couple days so see what happens. Brought different brand for hubby which cost more but they both must the same. So see how things go and what results we both get.

When received one of the arm pads wasn't working, you can see like a bit burn mark under the gel pad so probably that's the reason.Rest of it was working fine for the first week... Even better than expected, but it didn't last long.... Week later you can't feel any vibration at all not even when on max. Charged and change gel pads but nothing...

Only bought this for abs, which is good as the arm ones don't seem to work :/The abs one is a very intense workout tho, definetly targets my abs harder than most exercises at the gym. Don't doubt that it'll get results, as long as you get one that actually works

I must say it's not as good as slendertone but it's a great value of moneyIts a good portable ab trainer , very easy to use .I've only just really started using this but I can feel it in toning and straightening my abdominal muscles,I can see some results already

I decided after reading alot of positive reviews that I would buy this, and give it a go. Easy to use, easy to flip between the programs. I would recommend that you slowly build your self up through the programs, I find personally that its a powerful little device. Packaging was brilliant, nothing missing or broken. Will be reviewing this again in a few months to see if it's made any difference. But so far, so good.EDIT: after using for a few weeks now, I've noticed the power levels have dropped hugely, have had to buy a ton more gel pads (to be expected) and the charging wire only seems to charge two of the boxes, not all 3. Really disappointed!

It is best for arms, shoulders, and legs. This product is very strong. Start out at a slow speed but build it up you can start to see your muscles tense up like when you would flex or work out.There are 6 programs with labels of body parts. Different program has different patterns and voltages (some program has more voltage than others at the same level). I use this to work on my hand after an accident. The device did a really good job on my hand. This is exactly what i am looking for. Something to keep my muscle to contract and active all the time to gain back movement. It is easy to use and put on.Now i strongly believe that this thing really works!!
