Ever since I knew these existed, I've been on a mission to find one that can tame my curly, thick hair. I bought a few of the top rated ones on Amazon and they were okay, they were just a bit small and the heated bristle area wasn't sufficient enough and took too many brushes to get my hair straight. I came across this Arkam one and it was a game changer!The brush is bigger and the heating area is 3x larger than the other brushes. Also the bristles are larger so it straightens much quicker and it doesn't get tangled in my hair like the other brushes I've tried. I love that it comes with everything you need as well, heat glove, hair clips and a travel bag which was a huge bonus!Trust me ladies, this is one of the better straightener brushes on Amazon and you'll fall in love! Thank me later.

Not bad for the $24 I paid. It does give results more like a blow out than very straight. (I have medium fine, semi coarse hair) Even at it’s highest 450 degree setting, it doesn’t seem to get as hot as my 410 degree flat iron; on the positive side it didn’t fry my hair or become a huge burn risk like my iron. As long as you’re paying attention to what you do, burning yourself is unlikely. It’s a wee bit faster than the iron, and definitely easier. My only wish is that needs to maintain its heat better, to work faster. Like an iron, after being run through hair it takes several seconds to regain its full heat. I would pay double for a brush like this that works twice as fast.

My hair has always been naturally frizzy, but takes shape well with heat. This product is great for my hair type. I was able to tame my waves and frizz in under ten minutes. It left my hair feeling smooth and shiny. Great product! I think I should note I used 410° and a few passes with the brush.

Love this product! I originally bought the beard brush for my boyfriend and we both LOVED it! So I got the women’s brush and enjoyed using it! I did ask if I could use it on wet hair as I didn’t see anything about it in the questions so I’m waiting for that but overall I’m very pleased with this product and would definitely recommend.I have thin wavy hair and this brush not only straightened it but added volume! The glove was helpful when I would brush I’d use the glove on my opposite hand to press my hair into it like I’m guiding my hair through the bristles. Since my hair is thin sometimes I need to press it on the brush.The staff at Arkam are so nice and friendly too. I love this brush! I have a lot of hair that would normally take a while to straighten but I was able to straighten my hair in less than 10 mins! If you're not sure whether or not you should buy this, I highly recommend getting it. It has made my getting ready routine so much easier and quicker. Definitely one of the best purchases I've made.
