I originally purchased a box of these during Christmas time in order to use them as stocking stuffers. After I tried them, I had to purchase more for myself. I have ordered these twice since then and I love them. I personally put them in the fridge for about 20 mins prior to using and they are smooth and cool on my face. They are extremely ease to use, ca be used as often as you would like, they are a great value, they stay in place, and they get rid of any puffiness under my eyes. I will 100% be buying these from now on. I am going to see if they have additional products too!

Really hydrating! Stays put and doesn’t slide, just smooth out onto skin. Noticeably smoother and brighter look and I’ve only used 2 times. I’m keeping the box in my refrigerator so that they are ready to go and cooling.

Followed the instructions to first chill the pads in the refrigerator then applied them to my freshly cleaned skin. When opening the package one of the eye pads had stuck to the inside of the pack instead of sliding out on the tray, but I was able to peel it off without tearing it. (Perhaps a protective sheet on top of the tray would prevent this).The serum felt nice and the pads were soft and flexible and stayed on my eyes. It seems like the serum they’re soaking in is the real treatment and the pads themselves are just a means of application/making a barrier to keep the serum against the skin (I’m no expert so maybe that’s not correct, but may help set your expectations). The instructions say to place the marble side down toward your skin, but I couldn’t see any difference between the two sides. I’m not even 100% sure I had them positioned correctly because there were no diagrams…. But in the end they seemed to work out.The chilled pads felt nice under my eyes, and when I could tell a very subtle difference - more smooth and brightness and less puffiness. Not anything anyone else would likely perceive, but I noticed it. I snapped a before photo right after washing my face before applying the pads, and the after photo is after wearing the pads for about 20 minutes, removing them but letting the serum stay for another 40 minutes while I continued to soak in the bath, and then rinsed immediately before the photo. Not night and day but definitely didn’t hurt!

My mom had these so I gave them a try. Really liked it! I actually saw a difference in my under eyes with just one use. Will keep these in my routine.

sent a different box than the one in photo. photo shows a black and golden box. but i received a purple box.the brand and quantity is same. but the packaging is not same as in photos.

These eye patches are my little secret weapon. I pop them on while making coffee and feel like a spa queen in my robe. They’re cooling, stay put, and actually help with puffiness and dark circles (especially after sleepless baby nights!). Bonus: they make me look way more awake on Zoom. Total win.

I really like the product. It came in individual packages, and the mask quality was very good. It left relaxing and well moisturized experience.

Loveddd it !!!! My under eyes was puffy but after using the first night I saw a instant change the only con I didn’t like was that they kept skidding off
