I like this hat but every time I wash it the nylon band around it shrinks so much it becomes too tight to wear.

cool and easy to pack and store, provides enuf protection and is great in hot weather. I live in Tucson AZ where it is still 100+ in Oct and this hat works great. Well made too

My husband is pleased with the hat. It is very breathable and the design is fun and bright.

Decent enough hat. I like the look and it vents well. What I don't like is that it takes a long time to dry- really long!

Hat is way too small.. unfortunate. And pricey.

Awesome hat! The bill is shorter, but I actually like that. Keeps me cool on the trails in GA.

I had great hopes for this cap. My grandkids keep telling me I have a bald spot (which, of course, I keep denying). But I do need to wear a hat, particularly when I play golf. I am disappointed with this purchase.First, while the vents do allow air to flow on the sides, front and back, the top of the cap sits directly on my head. No circulation and it gets hot. Also, the bill was absolutely flat when the cap arrived. It's also kinda short (front to back). I think it looks dorky. I tried all the usual techniques to get the bill of the hat to bend. It would be fine for an hour or two, but always reverted to the flat position.I gave up and purchased an Outdoor Research hat which is much, much better. Double layer on the top which allows air circulation on the top of my head. And the bill of the cap has a nice "roll" built in. I am very happy with the OR hat. I would not recommend the KAVU hat.
