One of the frames arrived with the glass shattered. How do I get a replacement? I still have the defective frame.

Cheap, but cute
The frames are very thin, thinner than you think they are. But they do look nice. Give an appearance of being wood from a distance, even though they are plastic.I bought a set of 12 last week, those arrived in good condition, so I bought another set this week.One of the 12 I bought this week was broken.Not sure how to go about getting a replacement, since the rest are fine and I need them for an art show I'm doing this weekend. Hopefully the company will see this and make it right, but if you don't see an update you'll know they didn't!

You get what you pay for
These frames were adequate quality given the price but beware - three frames had some missing pieces that hold the photo in at the back. The hanging tab was not secure on two additional frames and came off as soon as I tried to hang them on the wall. 7 out of 12 were fine.
