Shipment arrived in a timely manner, I used it to make chicken adobo as a meal prep for the week, and it is absolutely delicious. So glad I was able to order the same exact products and as a bundle. One & Done!!!

I liked getting a value package of these two items it was cheaper than ordering them separately. The soy sauce is very good- I haven't tried the cane vinegar yet but am eager to try it in pork or chicken adobo.

From my limited knowledge, there seems to be 2 main styles of Chicken Adobo - seems both historically originated from Spanish cuisine and were adapted to the vastly separate regions of the world. The other is Cuban style Adobo. Both are excellent and not overly difficult to prepare. These are the variety of Vinegar & Soy Sauce that make this dish truly Filipino.

This is exactly what you need as a base if you want to make traditional Filipino Adobo and other dishes. It has unique characteristics and i honestly perfer it to my usualy soy sauce.
