Good info with details...Vianna refers readers to a separate book to further detail each plane of existence. She covers many issues. It's interesting to me to have watched her info evolve with greater detail from her early work. Very effective.

The books are useful even for a professional of many years experience. Written for the beginner, yet useful info for the advanced practitioner. Of course this is relevant to a personal preference. The key issue here is the efficiency of Amazon, even though there was some crushing of a corner due to the loose packaging. The box was sufficient, yet slight movement allowed a corner to be slightly bent. An acceptable trade off for limited packaging. Thank you Amazon.

Love her books and method. I took her classes over 25yrs ago and became certified.

Excellent book for understanding and using the Theta Digging technique.

Took the Theta healing and Advanced Theta Healing course last summer, finished this summer with Abundance and Wealth so this book allows you to deepen concepts already learned!
