Very helpful!
The Ice Fly version is terrific and helps tremendously with helping old eyes and fingers tie knots so much faster.

This is a great tool for older eyes and small flies
I just started using this to thread leaders onto smaller hook eyes and wish I had discovered it sooner. It eliminates the frustration of trying to thread leaders, specially in poor light conditions. The tool is easy to use and cuts the time changing flies. While great for small flies, I use it 100% of the time now. As a bonus the tool also has nippers to cut the tag end. A good value for the money.

Great product
With my arthritis, it is difficult to tie a fly onto a tippet, but this gizmo makes it easy. I think it would be great for cold weather fishing, too.

Amazing Tool! Wish I had this years ago
Tyepro Fly and Ice ToolIt took only a few tries to get the tool to work, when I figured out what I did wrong, it was amazing. No more hooked fingers, no more dropped hooks that snag your clothes!I use it to line up #12 treble hooks for small trout. This tool took all the effort out of twisting the line around such a small hook, and kept it out of my fingers. Makes setting up gear so much easier.I wish I would have had one of these years ago.I highly recommend this product to any fisherman!!I only wish they would have packaged both the original and the fly and ice tools in a package. I will be ordering the original tool next.

Hard to use with bead head flies.
I have found this device hard to use with bead head flies and flies where the material that makes up the fly partially blocks the eye of the fly.

Bought one and used it for ice fishing, immediately turned around and bought two more for my family because it works great ! Cold hands and wet then this thing is your best friend!

A must have!
This far exceeded my expectations and I’m incredibly happy that I gave this product a chance. It allowed me to QUICKLY tie even my smallest fly on the first attempt. I highly recommended purchasing this if you have any difficulty seeing/tying flies of any type. Well done and thank you very much for creating this!

Not for small fly fishing hooks
The nippers don’t work and the guides hook funnel doesn’t work for small flies. I’m sure it works for larger hooks but this is false advertised.
