This was used to cover the 2x140mm fan intakes on the top of a Phanteks P400S case (fans intaking and blowing down straight onto the mobo, rather than exhausting up). The way the case has the 140mm fan mounts recessed made it difficult for regular fan grills to fit just right, and this is large enough to perfectly cover both.

Works well. Just slip the sim in and go. If you have AT&T don't mess around with other brands of hotspots. Tried another brand and it sucked.
