A great little power supply. These were like gold dust decades ago.A solid unit, metal cased, PC type mains lead and fan (silent so far), rubber feet that grip, two sets of spade to croc leads, can use banana plugs.The voltage and current controls are 5-turn pots, so there is fine control to power an LED at a sensible forward voltage directly, without a resistor. See pic.For CC mode, first set maximum voltage, turn current control fully anti-clockwise, connect circuit and slowly increase current control. That's ideal for float charging batteries with a limit on initial charge current - plus you can monitor the charge current.Bought for electronic related hobbies, I like the simplicityof the analog control.

Excellent product. It's bright blue LED display makes reading current and voltage easy from across the room. Robust design and performs well electrically when exposed to accidental shorts. The plugs and hardware are all very good quality and it delivers stable current to any DUT (Device under test). For what you pay, it's really excellent.

Amperage is not adjustable otherwise is ok

I bought this power supply to replace a terrible Chinese one I was using for electroplating. It is working perfectly. Control is very simple, and output is accurate and reliable even at very low power. I would recommend this product for electroplating/electroforming where consistent low power is required.

Nice size and quite, leads could be improved but overall works well so good value

It does help to have something like this for a number of electronics tasks. I have not yet heard its fan going but hope it is in tact!
