(Will update w photos of use) A quick shout out to the packagers. Packaged so carefully, wrapped perfectly, and an extra layer that I appreciate SO MUCH: tamper proof seal around the entire can itself.—Haven’t used this since highschool when a more feminine fashionista friend introduced me to the world of, fashion, aesthetics, etc. she was also pale and freckled. Back then I loved it, it made my skin look even & smooth, DID NOT LOOK FAKE! BLEW MY MIND! it covered the discoloration that some very pale ppl experience (purple patterns of venules over the entire leg which comes and goes, major unavoidable tan lines, freckles, moles, dark spots, u name it) I only used it during significant outings back then.—Every now and again I would remember this product & think “i gotta get that again!” Then would forget again. lol I finally got it 20 yrs later. The color & pckg is a little diff but hey 2 decades yeesh.—Now that I’m older (38) & have some newer skin issues (severely dry) I’m not sure how this will pan out. Good makeup for legs. Although it didn't cover all veins I felt it was a good product. It didn't come off on my clothing. In fact, it did not come off until I washed it was soap and a washcloth.

I have pale skin and use the lightest shade. There’s a pretty stark difference in shade for me when I first apply, and fair warning, it takes a lot of work to rub it all over your legs evenly. When blended though it looks great. It covers any blemishes really well and doesn’t budge. I scrub it off with a loofah in the shower, but if I go a day without washing it off, it’ll stay on my legs well and not transfer when I’m sleeping.

My skin tone is neutral-cool. This item was too orange colored for me, but might serve people with warm skin tones better. The application process was easy enough, but I didn’t find it to go on as evenly as I’d like. It wasn’t very blotchy, but it was a little as the color seemed to lift in some areas more than others as I was buffing to avoid streaks. I used a body color buffer style “brush.” If you have warm undertones and aren’t very pale, this could be a good product for you.

This product is amazing. Been using it for years. Great for those times you need some awesome color on legs or arms or anywhere. When applied it has beautiful coverage that also hides those flaws or veins or anything without all the heaviness. And a little goes a long way. It also stays on and does not easily, of at all ,rub off on clothing until you wash it off with soap and water. Apply with mit or puffy soft brush.And the cost? Amazing. The tube literally lasts for months, or longer depending on use.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this product had so many reviews that threw me off when reading them, that I thought this review might help.First, I want to say that this is an excellent product if you understand what it is and what its purpose is. This is a body makeup, not a sunless tanner! While it can, and does give a sun kissed glow like a sunless tanner, its uses and properties are vastly different.I got the “fairest” shade and it makes my very light skin look nicely tanned. It’s not a deep dark tan, but very close to my normal sun-tanned shade. I bought this product because, after multiple pregnancies, I have many unsightly veins on my legs that make me self conscious when my legs are visible.So let me highlight this product:1.) It is a water resistant makeup foundation. It is not totally soap proof so you might see minor steaks after showering, it is not at all difficult to touch up and blend the streaks out.2.) It is buildable until you get the coverage you need, or desire. The color does deepen the more layers you put on. I don’t find it necessary to use more than two layers.3.) Since it is not a sunless tanner, it dries quickly and does not rub off on clothing once it is dry. Many reviewers mentioned mixing it with other lotions or lotioning the areas you normally lotion before using sunless tanners (elbows, knees, around feet and ankles, palms). This is not necessary or recommended. I believe this contributes to the many reviews that complained of it rubbing off. The other lotions disturb the adhesion of the foundation.4.)The color you achieve after putting it on is the color it will stay. It does not develop over time like a sunless tanner. This makes it very easy to get flawless even coverage. The coverage I have achieved is not complete coverage, (I don’t believe you could cover a tattoo with it), but it does vastly improve discolorations and unsightly veins. The improvement is enough that I feel comfortable when my legs are visible.5.) While it is marketed to the legs, this can be used beautifully on any area of the body including the face.6.) It can be easily exfoliated away when you are finished with it.7.) No special care is necessary when using your hands to put it on. It will wash off your hands with soap and water.8.) I have received many compliments saying my legs have never looked so good!

Does not come off until you use soap and water! I got out of the shower toweled off and immediately applied to my legs. I used about a dime size rubbed it in my hands then did my feet and lower leg then repeated same amount for my thigh. It's so beautiful and looks so real like a nice tan. Do not put lotion on before or after you apply as that will affect it. I slept in it and zero transfer as well as nothing on my shorts all day. How have I lived without this?! I can't use it on my arms bc I have tattoos and it will cover them but I just wanted tan legs and I've got them now. I'm fair skinned and bought the med it's perfect. My girlfriend even asked if I did a spray tan so yep but this product

I’m a light skinned person that tans well, and with little to no tan on my legs the medium color is too dark. That is my fault for buying the wrong shade. I’m giving it only four stars because as dark as this “medium” color was, it still didn’t hide veins and spots on my skin and the color does transfer to your clothes and sheets for hours after you apply it. I followed the instructions exactly as instructed and still had color transfer. It stayed sticky on my skin for hours afterwards.
