As a retired Pharmacist I am always looking at ingredients and looking for stupid claims. Surprisingly, I didn't see any from the company. Additionally, I noted that it is one of the most well-rounded product having most everything considered necessary for health and wellness of the body. Based on the current formulation as of this review, I recommend this product.I would like to weigh in on the color and odor, though. As a reciever of medications and supplies for over 30 years, you must always be aware of the weather. Medication, supplements (like these vitamins), and even many medical supplies are subject to degradation from heat/cold/humidity. It's called "controlled room temperature". Warehouses and delivery vehicles are famous for being too extreme in temperature and humidity. The color changes and odors can be indicative of the vitamin being exposed to temp and/or humidity. Sitting on your porch in the sun is another problem. If you have discoloration or odor that concerns you send it back or at least report it to Amazon. Give them and the company info that they can use to improve their business/product. Also... If there is a dessicant in the bottle, leave it. Every little bit of humidity absorbed is less thats impacting the vitamins. Hope this helps everyone

These vitamins work pretty good. Lab works. Looks great now.

Compared with Ultimate Multivitamin. Less stomach irritation when taking one pill versus two of Ultimate Multivitamin. However, seem to have more energy and mental clarity with Ultimate Multivitamin.

My husband likes it because its one pill. He hates to take vitamins so this is a good whole food one.

It has the methyl folate and vitamin very complete multiple for the price

Extremely happy! I buy these for my husband and have for months! They are easy to take. My husband doesn’t have the best diet and we need to have something to help fill in the gaps! Let’s just say as a hard working older man these help him feel better and have energy. If he misses a day he feels not as energetic! Highly recommend these one daily vitamins!

Feeling so much better since I am back on these every day. My D levels are up too. My husband is happy with these also. Simple, convenient, just one pill a day - a commitment I can handle. Yes, you can get their (or other) versions and get slightly more vitamins than with these, but you will be taking three or four pills to achieve this. This is one easy pill to swallow, literally, and contains everything a human needs except fish oils and probiotics which I add. Love this brand!
