It was a little expensive, but it is a product that you know is actually working. If I feel a cramp coming on I put some under my tounge and wait a few minutes. No cramps in legs..I walk alot and I live in Phoenix,AZ. I would recommend it to others.....I have bought many, many types of magnieums in all form and like this the best.

These drops were recommended in an article I read. I also bought powdered crystalline magnesium. I must say the crystals were horribly sour and unpalatable but these drops went down very easily. My daughter and her boyfriend took to them as well. Would recommend, as they assist with sleep, leg cramps, eye twitches, constipation, and a lot of other symptoms of low mag.

I tried it with the 2oz size and liked it well enough to purchase the 8oz size.

These minerals are amazing. I have a digestive issue and the difference was remarkable for me with my out of balance minerals. I will continue to always use this brand.
