Most helpful baby item!!
I love this product! My daughter uses this every night to go to sleep since she was a newborn and now being 2 years old. The music is calm and soothing. The built in night light is very handy at night when you need it as it’s the perfect amount of light without waking her up. She loves the star part as well along with my cat! Highly recommended this product for anyone with a baby or toddler as the sounds are very soothing to fall asleep too! Also stays charged all through the night too which us a plus!!

Cute and Sweet with many choices of functions
This is a cute, sweet add-on for the nursery that many new parents would welcome as a gift. The light/nightlight setting has a dimmer on it, so you can set it to the level of brightness you want. The sounds have a volume control so can be set up from a whisper to loud enough to hear clearly. The traditional lullabies it plays are very pleasant. The "white noise" sounds could be very useful to have to soothe a little one. I'm sure one of those is the sound of a washing machine. Those basic rhythmic sounds can be handy to have. The downsides... there were no instructions with the one I received. What instructions there are are printed on the back of the box and are mainly briefly saying what the buttons are for. The controls are pretty intuitive and if you just press them and try them you'll figure it out pretty quickly. The projector portion needing you to lay the unit on its side was less intuitive. There is a USB charging cord, a short one, with it but no wall plug end. You'll need to use one such as you have from your cell phone to be able to plug the projector into the wall.

Doesn't work properly
Product doesn't work as intended and seems to be extremely fragile for a childrens soother light, I reached out to the company and the replacement was even worse. You press the music button but it shuts the light off or something else

Short battery life & lack of charger head defeats purpose of light
Before using this light we primarily used a much simpler model from Fisher Price. It plays maybe 4 songs and it dimly lights up. It has a touch button on the front so that the baby can activate it if they touch it or kick it. It's safe to leave in a crib. Biggest thing: It uses regular batteries and those batteries last a few weeks. This baby soother has far more options than the Fisher Price model we used, but it is hampered by its battery design. This light recharges and a charge lasts maybe a single night of heavy use. If anyone can get more than two nights out of this I'd be surprised. This does a ton of things - stars that project onto a wall or ceiling, gentle glow light around the sides, timed or endless loop music, sound activation, several songs, and generally high quality music. This thing must not have had been designed by parents because anyone with a baby knows that simplest is best. You're tired - exhausted - and you want a tool to just work as expected on demand. This light requires that it basically be plugged in at all times. It's common practice for companies to sell items such as this (not just baby items, but all sorts of electronic items) with USB port for recharging and no charger head. They expect you buy one separately. This might be fine for something that isn't used a lot or has a long battery life. But this isn't such an item. If you're a parent you're going to use this daily. So why skimp on a charger head when in fact it's absolutely required?!I really really wanted to like this baby soother. It does do what I want it to do. But its very purpose is impeded by its battery design and I'll admit I'm miffed that they skimped on the charger head. Keep in mind that even if a charger was included the short battery life is still a major issue. If it's plugged in you can't have it anywhere near the baby. They needed to use better batteries, decrease the soother's use of power, or abandon the concept altogether and just use disposable batteries.
